Delivery Information

Two (2) delivery options are available:

1. Regular Delivery (next day) — $14.99
   Orders will be delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM to residential addresses, and between 9 AM and 5 PM to business addresses, on the delivery date you specified.

2. Same-Day Delivery — $19.98
   In areas eligible for same-day delivery, deliveries can be made before 5 PM to business addresses and before 7 PM to residential addresses if the order is placed before 1 PM local time on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE — Orders placed after 4 PM local time for next-day delivery will be subject to an additional $4.99 fee. During busy holiday periods (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), delivery may occur after 7 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times during high-demand periods.

Recipient Absent / Incorrect Address

Please provide instructions if no one is available to receive your gift (e.g., leave with a neighbor, leave in a designated location).
If no one is available to receive the flowers at the provided address, our driver will act at their discretion, considering weather conditions, safety, etc.
If the customer provides an incorrect address, additional fees for redelivery may apply depending on the circumstances.

Additional Notes:

• We do not deliver on Sundays (except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) or on statutory holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day).

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.), and no refunds will be issued for such reasons.

• Additional fees may apply for same-day deliveries or during holiday periods. Please complete your order to see all delivery options available during peak times.
