Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fleuriste L’Oasis and entrusting us with your floral and gift needs!
Due to the nature of our business and the perishable quality of our products, we do not accept returns.
If a product is damaged or deteriorated, we offer an exchange if a claim is received within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
However, we require a photo of the damaged product to be sent to our customer service team to verify the nature of the damage.
If our products are not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
